What We Offer

• CCoA operates a public transportation system up to 10 miles outside the city limits of Cody.

• Our Rolling Meal Program delivers to homebound seniors ensuring that seniors receive at least one nutritious meal in their day, delivered by generous volunteers serving almost 4,000 hours last year.

• In our dining room, we serve between 30 to 80 meals per day, Monday through Friday, and every third Sunday of the month.

• We provide Outreach to the community and coordinate with such services for seniors, Department of Family Services (DFS), and Wyoming Independent Senior Living (WISL), to assist persons living in poverty and those with disabilities. During Covid we became an assessment site for the Cody Cupboard food bank.

• We have an active group of seniors at the center daily, involved in exercise classes, craft classes, Movie Monday, Bingo twice per week, health education speakers, live entertainment every Friday, provide massage therapy, offer Blood Pressure and Memory Clinics, and various card games.

• When weather permits, we provide field trips and outings to restaurants, museums, state and national parks, etc.

• We operate a Thrift Barn that provide unrestricted revenue to support vital services across the organization.

• AARP provides yearly free tax preparation on-site.

• Currently funded by Wyoming Department of Health/Aging Division Title III Programs for Nutrition and Supportive Services, the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Wyoming Senior Services Board, Park County, the City of Cody, Shoshone Recreation Department, and many generous donors at the local level.
